Are they legal? http://www.hallikainen.com/FccRules/2009/15/239/ requires
emissions to be entirely within the 88 to 108MHz band. There are general
radiation limits for operation outside 88-108MHz in
http://www.hallikainen.com/FccRules/2009/15/209/ . But, the fundamental of
emissions under this part must not be in the 76-88MHz band except for
perimeter protection systems or remote control (ie, garage door) under
http://www.hallikainen.com/FccRules/2009/15/231/ , which specifically
prohibits transmission of audio or video.

So, do you have FCC certification numbers of these devices that operate
outside the 88-108MHz band?

Thanks!

Harold
