Thanks for your comments, Phil, but the owner/licensee has elected to 
do nothing.

I spoke with his GM several years ago about this and they thought 
that "interference" would be the cell companies audio getting into 
the station audio or vice versa.  I explained pattern distortion, but 
I don't think they understood (or cared).
