Without running the model, my guess is the pattern would be
a circular, scalloped one with greater effect in the direction 
of the cell tower. Practically speaking I expect you  are
right and no one will notice. 

The only downside I can see other than a compliance issue 
for the cellular operator is the risk of this coming up as a 
negative (price deduct) on the due diligence work up if the 
present owner ever sells and due diligence is part of
the transaction.
