[BC] Analog TV shut off

With the recent Analog TV shut off delays, I'm not sure how many
stations actually made the switch. I was hoping that some of the TV
guys would film a historic event such as this. I was poking around on
YouTube to see if anyone had filmed the shut off. So far I have found
one great video, it's from London. I thought it was interesting enough
to share with the list. Enjoy.
