[BC] Fairness Doctrine--End of Story?

We'll see.  From All Access tonight:

"The raging brouhaha over an imminent return of "The Fairness  
Doctrine" has been snuffed out by a spokesperson for Pres. BARACK  
OBAMA. White House spokesman BEN LABOLT told FOXNEWS.COM. that the  
President opposes any move to bring back the Doctrine back."

Looks like the President has learned two important lessons already.

1. The first law of holes (when you are in one, stop digging); and

2. When undertaking large-scale de-watering of wetland environments,  
beware of the displaced reptilian inhabitants.
