I don't know.  Maybe or maybe not.  I have a J-pole 2-meter antenna made by
James Pike (a/k/a/ "Jay Pole") that I paid $15 for, and it's pretty sturdy.
He said some station in Argentina is using some of his antennas tuned for
the FM band.
