Out of curiosity, are any of these antennas commercially built for FM?  I 
know that Hams like them for 2 meters, and they are supposed to be easy to build. 
 I don't recall ever seeing one in any catalog of commercial antennas.

I am relatively sure that the FCC would take a dim view of you using a 
home-brew antenna on a LPFM station.  Maybe not?
