    I'm pretty sure this is still how it's done.  Which means, of course
that peak integration is 'by eyeball.'  Does this mean that an
inspector with coke-bottle-bottom glasses issues fewer overmod
citations?  Would an inspector with lots of carrots in his diet
be really hard-nosed?  Heck, if audio processing is so subjective,
why not modulation measurement too!  Good enough for rock-n-roll.
