    I'd say that the TDR is a very good place to start. 1 5/8 line wouldn't
be my first choice for a sagging center conductor, but unless you look,
you'll not be able to rule that out.

    RFI into control cables...hmmm, maybe. You might check to see that all
cables are indeed tight and oxidation-free. And especially check to be sure
that all ground connections are clean and tight.
