Water in the line maybe?  Had a similar problem on two occasions on the
student station here and the first time was water even though it had
pressure on the line and the second time years later it was a connector in
the antenna that had failed and was removed, repaired and replaced.

intermittent foldback or muting problem on a Harris Platinum-Z10 (analog, no
HD).  Several times a day the exciter is apparently muting.  The fault
indications seem to be VSWR trips.  The problem occurs at any power level
above about a kilowatt.  Station frequency is 88.1.
