The 540 kc/s, station in Haines City, FL constantly called them self
News/Talk "540 WFLA" (for years) right up until the top of the hour
when they identified them self as "WFLF Haines City" when owned by CC
until 2007 (WFLA is another CC station in Tampa.) Under new ownership
they now constantly call them self "Orlando."
This is the former WGTO Cypress Gardens under Hubbard.
See: www.cflradio.net/540_WGTO_AM.htm
WWBA 1040 Pinellas Park entered into a LMA with WMGG, moving
their popular local programming from 1040 kc/s at almost 5 kW to
820 kc/s with 50 kW (DA) they constantly call them self "820 WWBA"
until the top of the hour when they identified them self as "WMGG Largo"
See: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WMGG
They are doing this now.

This may be "illegal," but it is common in central Florida. I never
thought this would be a problem as long as they identify them self
properly with their "legal ID" as required.
