I'll echo what Tom O mentioned - put your project out for bid. Inventory 
the materials you need and then fax that list to the local electric 
supply houses.

When we built out the Canton St datacenter a little over a year ago, we 
needed a lot of materials.  Home Depot's commercial desk did fine for 
the general building materials, but we saved quite literally tens of 
thousands of dollars by sending our electrical parts (including a lot of 
copper!) out for bid.
