Bob Bittner's WJIB and my WVCH, both at 740, run 5 and 6 watts 
respectively. WNWR 1540 has a 7 watt night power they don't use. 1550 
Elkton MD has to cut to ONE watt to protect CBE's ghost. 990 Muncie IN 
also cuts to 1 watt at night due to CBW Winnipeg.
