The FCC's records return 122 class D NCE FM licenses.

About a quarter of those are in Alaska, where they can run up to 100 
watts ERP; the rest are in the lower 48, with ERPs ranging from a watt 
up to 50 watts (the "10-watt" class D limit, IIRC, applies to TPO rather 
than ERP.)
