Unfortunately there is a study out there which says it will...done somewhere overseas.  It's being used by opponents of a cell tower being proposed for a site about a half-mile from my house.  I'll have to see if I can find it and post a link here, but I remember reading it about a year ago and thinking to myself that it was so unscientific as to fall into the "junk science" category.
