[BC] Metro PCS Cables on tower

Well...this is going to become a greater concern. I recently received a
note from AT&T about running DC cables up a tower for pre-amps and other
things up there. You can't run DC other than through an iso-choke OR a
conduit if used as a bazooka. For closely located tower sites, this adds
a new dimension to the woes faced by AM folks fighting to keep their
patterns in spec.
