Being familiar with Hilo...since I was raised there. It is a tough
radio game and ever tougher for AM. I am very familiar with the sites
and there are only two am sites at the present time.
50K may be a steal but the tower build and maintenance will get you.
However, if the land can hold a decent AM antenna and ground system I
know of other AM's looking for tower space.
