Which IPA tube are you using?  5cx1500b??  FWIW I have replaced many of my CCA IPAs with solid state amps with great success.  The quality of the rebuilt 5cx1500b is getting poor regardless of vendor.  I too started getting short life on them on several transmitters that previously had been getting decent life. I tried everything out there with mixed results and none I would consider great on boxes requiring a lot if drive such as yours.  Are you running 20w TPO?
