More often than not, a guyline dampening system mounted a few feet from
the tower will cure or significantly reduce that problem.  A station we
share a site with has this very problem. I suggested that to the GM and he
said they will look into it.  Will be much less costly than replacing a
whole lighting system in a high powered AM field.
