Nobody, we have found that when people hear the Duck Farts, they hit another preset on their car radios, they don't hang around for the Announcement, actual, or a Test.

The Station's own personal do that too. Just the other day, not 5 minutes after a Tornado alert went out, one of them came in talking about the weather. When I asked them if they heard the EAS Alert that just went out, she said "No, when I hear those noises, I just flip stations...
