Yep, a simple one. Accessible during normal business hours (which are
posted, we're a state university).
First file in my public file is "copying from this public file".
Contains a sheet on what they're requesting, and copies are $.25 per
page, and specifically stipulates that nothing from the public file is
to be removed from the premises.
Other than that, no biggie. All my volunteers upon "training" for the
station have to pass a test, one of the questions on there (which is
an instant pass/fail) is "where is the public file, and who can view
it?" Followed by "Can you ask them who they are?".
It's a pretty basic system.
Also, if anyone is there requesting to see the public file, whomever
"answered the door" is to find a manager immediately.
