Hi everyone:

I'm William "Dub" Irvin, and I'm the Director of Product Management of
Radio Automation for WideOrbit.

Several comments have been posted about the survey that was recently
distributed by WideOrbit. In particular, questions were raised about how
we complied the survey distribution list.

The survey distribution list is complied by our CRM system. There are five
ways that a particular person could get on the list:

1. By being involved in the purchase of a WideOrbit product.

2. If your company uses WideOrbit Traffic, your name may have been on a
user list provided to us by your management. We assume every person on
that list could potentially call us for support so we enter the names into
our system.

3. By signing up to view WO Traffic training modules on-line.

4. By calling us to get help with any WideOrbit product.

5. If you were a user of our SS32 or Maestro products before 2009 then you
may have been in our user database at Scott Studios or dMarc/Google. These
user databases were folded into the WideOrbit database in 2009.

We have reports of individuals receiving a survey despite no longer
working at a station that has a WideOrbit product. This could potentially
happen if you at one time gave us your personal email address and then
changed jobs. We apologize for spamming you in this way and we would be
happy to remove your name from our list if you contact us.

We appreciate everyone's effort in filling out the survey. Since our
products (automation and traffic) touch so many departments in the average
station, we aim to find out about everyone's experience with our software.
We really appreciate your honest comments.

I hope you all have a great holiday season.
