I've read about it and have recently spoken to them. The peoplemeter 
is the perfect solution because it simply records the activity it 
hears from the encoder. However, it's not in most markets, yet.

In terms of diary reporting, it still relies on recall. I have no 
doubt Arbitron can handle the data.
