[BC] Need an address

Need an address to post a computer problem... unless you want to take a stab 
at it on this forum...

the problem...
  Older laptop (Compaq Armada) with winXP pro on it.
Cooling fan runs during cmos/bios stuff, and during the first part of the XP 
bootup... once the OS hits the last 'welcome' screen though... the fan shuts 
off and stays off no matter how warm the thing runs.  I'm guessing either 
the temp sensor doesn't work, or XP is unsure about looking for one... XP 
also happens to show three fans, and there's only one... yup, I've already 
tried turning them off/on one at a time in device mgr. to no avail.  I'd 
love to get the fan running right so my lap can tolerate the heat!
