There is the strange conundrum of Public Radio that some don't know 
about to throw into the pot. The Public Radio numbers are stripped 
off of the master Arbitron data and sold to a separate companies 
(Radio Research Consortium, Media Audit etc.) and do not get into the 
print copies of the Arbitron books.

Public Radio numbers DO appear in some electronic copies of Arbitron books.
