[BC] Wanton Violation of Technical Rules

I know the feeling. Turned in a similar station and was told the next
time they were by that stop and take a look. With all the info I gave
them the only interest they seemed to have was the tower not being
painted and the tower lights working or not. They asked if EAS was
installed and it is and it works but no one logs anything or signs
anything and no one there knows how to operate it even though I the have
been trained before. It's been off the air for three weeks today
because he hasn't paid the electric bill. This guy is an attorney,
State Rep in GA and a preacher. He has the money just puts it in his
pocket. I'm told he had the nerve to tell the staff during a meeting he
had to go because he had to get his hair cut a manicure and something
else and he'd be back in touch and he hung up while they were asking
where their paycheck was which was over a week late so he's of pampering
himself and leaving his staff high and dry. Anyway this guy should lose
his license but he won't they will smack his fingers and let him go and
he knows it so he has no fear.
I hate people like him and I'm bothered that the FCC is being so easy
with people like him.
