Rich:

I think you missed something here. First I am sure you of all people do 
not actually believe what customer service tells you over the phone.  
2nd the Vonage fax port is merely a port that passes data. It could care 
less if it is a real fax machine or some kind of modem. 3rd read what 
Bernie posted yesterday about slowing down the connect rate.
