[BC] Sony CDP-D11 Puzzle

noisy so I try to clean them up withAdobe Audition and burn to cd. I 
want  
to use rewritable cd's so as not to waste discs. Every time I burn to a
cd-rw, 
I  get  a Disc Error message on the Sony's screen. Should I burn at
less than  
16 x for the player to recognize the audio?<<

Have you tried using a CD-R?  There are some CD players that will not
play from CD-RW's, no matter what you do.  Ramping down the speed may
help too, but I'm betting the player just doesn't like CD-RW's.
