  Again, I agree 150% (and then some). But, they began the legal assault
while I was still operating under the STA and while the transfer was
pending. In fact, the civil case in which they claim that my "new"
station is preventing the operation of their "KRMN".

  Paul has had verbal discussions with David Rushing as well and (from
what I hear) has actually befriended him as has Powell! (I'm running for
cover, now!)

  Bottom line is that he (David Rushing) owns a radio station and no one
is EVER goung to convince him otherwise! Not even the federal
government.
