I have done this at one point in time. She still adamantly insisted
that "The Great State of Texas chooses to not recognize that so-called
federal authority."
I'm telling you: She is of the same "stubbornness vein" as is David
Rushing and we all know how "impossible" it is to convince him of the
problems, here.
I still can't se why they didn't just let me pay off the loan! What
seems to have so incensed them (Rushing, anyway) is that he feels I
"circumvented him" when I negotiated the transfer with Jim T. There is
(or was) some reason that Rushing absolutely, positively did NOT want
Jim involved even though Jim was the licensee!
Rushing cannot seem to comprehend that the asset transfer and the
license transfer are two separate things.
