Like any other small market.  It's on the fringe between Rockford and 
Madison. But that area has it's own sub-market.

Certain areas are trying to be upscale between Beloit and Rockford, but the 
area in general has not seen the economic boom other areas around it has. 
Don't expect to get rich there. And if you are coming up from the south, be 
prepared to completely change you wardrobe and cycle them twice a 
year...  That and get to know your car battery specialists....
