Why is it below the belt? WGBH and WCRB cooperated on many 
experiments over the years - mostly 4 channel. When Ted Jones was 
alive and Dick Kaye ran the station they both believed the trust 
would keep the format where it had always been. While it might be 
legal, I'm sure everyone involved in creating the trust would feel it 
violates its spirit.
