It'll be good, but not as good.  My calcs show a mean of about 4 dB 
difference, or 40 kW vs. their existing 100 kW.  This is because a 
commercial C has rights to the full boat, 100 kW @ 600 M, while the 
noncomm has only rights to what it may now have, which is 100 kW @ 
335M, a not inconsiderable difference in elevation.  And KVTT cannot 
easily be upgraded.
