[BC] to light or not to light

When we appeared before the zoning commission of Filer Township 
(immediately south of Manistee, Michigan) we were applying for a zoning 
change to allow a 499' guyed tower on our land in that Township. The deal 
was struck that we would be allowed to erect that tower, but the site would 
be the only tower site in the Township. It was a win-win all the way around.

Beautiful view of Lake Manistee from the top of that tower!
