[BC] to light or not to light

Have you ever seen a positive outcome when a bunch of lawyers are 
involved? If only their were an engineer, station owner, or just a 
broadcaster of any kind we're allowed in the Ivory Tower. Anyone know if 
a Ham is on the panel? Someone, anyone .......  other than a bureaucrat, 
lawyer or a lobbyist.......
