[BC] Zoning issues / Cell Tower

HAH! Some of the biggest battles have been fought over cell towers.

A fun experience some have shared, is the one where the people opposed to
the proposed cell tower(s) walk out of the zoning board meeting, and then
start complaining that their cell phones have no signal.
