No, the nice difference with the 9451 is that the foil is bonded to the
outer jacket, so when you strip that off the foild comes with it.  That
speeds up installation immensely.  With 8451 (stranded) and 8450 (#22
solid), you cut the jacket and then have to peel off the aluminum foil
shield.  Alpha, Gepco, and West Penn make equivalents, IIRC.
