I worked across the street from the "Cocaine Realty Building" for over
ten years, for another radio station (before joining Entercom).  19
Norwich Street in Worcester is the same kind of non-descript office
building found thousands of times over in cities all across the world. 
But, I understand they did have listeners actually asking where the
Cocaine Realty Building was...and occasionally asking that question of
the police, who must have done a double-take on hearing the name.
