The First Amendment is technically about political speech, freedom
of the press, and the like, not about deadbeats.
Since this country is run by lawyers, mostly, the fear is entirely
understandable. "Legal" doesn't matter with those types.
Still, I think it's a matter of record that WCER is finally making payments
through my attorney, on amounts owed some four years now.
Would I work for him again ?
Sure !
Up to the extent of what the cash advance ( after it's cleared )
would cover. ( after currently past due is caught up )

Probably not. That would be opinion more than anything, rightly
or wrongly, and could have ramifications I'd rather not deal with
as a result of opinion.
Facts in evidence are one thing, but opinion is another.
That's kinda why the credit bureaus spread gossip in the manner
that they do.
