Looks, to me, that the Neutrik can be set any way that you want it.  It
appears that there are 7 different positions that you can use for the
cable routing (in relation to the pins).

angle turn away from one of the pins or from between two of

I have a SoundCraft mixer and the connectors are on top 
instead of on the back.  It would be nice to be able to have 
the cables go directly away from the back of the mixer.

My next mixer will have the connectors on the back.
