I had an MW-5 (not in the same class, but in the same series) burn up 
several years ago, but that can be attributed to a 
non-factory-rewound HV transformer, and not to anything from Harris. 
The owner put up enough out of his pocket that, with the insurance 
settlement, we were able to buy a new Nautel ND-5.
