The last few times I have visited my local Comcast franchise I have  
been met with the same crap.  "You have to have an appointment."  No I  
don't.  "You must give us your ID."  No I don't.  They just won't let  
up.  I need to get a video camera, but I do have audio recordings.

They no longer allow the public to see the EAS logs.  Sadly, it is no  
longer required under FCC rules, but I hope to soon have the county  
require it.
