There are a lot of aux authorizations missing from the FCC database. In NYC Ia number of stations on Empire had far more licensed modes than what shows on the FCC site.

Regarding a 317 C and tubes, it would be remotely possible to have the originals after 25 years since the TX ran as little as 9 hours per day. It depends on a lot of things.

I have no idea if they are still on the first set of tubes, but I
really doubt it. Someone else on the list would be better to ask.
I was told the old AM site was licensed as an emergency site, but I
never found anything at the FCC.
