I received the Wide Orbit email invitation, last
Tuesday. I assumed it had been triggered by a
recent call that I had made to their tech support
folks. Under earlier ownership, follow up "How
did we do?" emails were not uncommon.
Yesterday, our receptionist asked me if we had
anything from Wide Orbit. She was trying to fill
out the survey request that she had received in an
email. Later, our production director and one of
the program directors told me that they had also
received the same email from Wide Orbit. I
suspect that quite a few of our other 40 employees
received the same request.
We have been running a
Scott/dMarc/Google/WideOrbit SS32 system, since
early 2004. I am somewhat amazed that Wide Orbit
had so many email addresses for our employees. I
am, pretty much, the only person who has dealt
with Scott Studios, and its successors, since the
late 90s.

"Within the last day or two I received Wide
Orbit's invitation to participate
in a customer satisfaction survey on their various
automation playback
systems. I'm curious about the validity of the
survey and not your
experiences, good or bad, with SS32, Maestro or
whatever.
Specifically:
Are you a Wide Orbit customer and did you receive
the invitation to take
part? Did you actually complete their survey?
Steve Lewis"
